Isn’t that just a dark subject to broach on a bright summer day?
Let me tell you, this is the new pandemic and everyone’s getting infected. Not only are the number of cleansings I’m doing on the rise, but the severity of contamination is also increased. It’s good business for me but terrible business for us as a species. I’m grateful to be here to help people get cleared, but I sure do wish we did not need that kind of service.
I thought it might be timely to walk out the cramps on a few facts that many people have no reason to know but everyone should know and few will learn. Check you out, though! Here you are one of the lucky ones who gets to know.
First, some terminology and definitions, plus photos of how the conditions manifest in an egg cleansing. The definitions can differ from practitioner to practitioner, but this is what I was taught:
Psychic Attack
Curse: A curse is damage done to the spirit/essential soul essence of a person when they are the focus of intense negative energy from other person. Most curses are not what I call, “stir the cauldron, stick the doll” curses, meaning, that they do not occur through spell work. Some do, absolutely. Most do not. Think about all the time in life when high level negative energy passes in a heavy punch from one person to another: jealousy or envy, resentment, road rage, political differences, social media interactions, familial interaction…
There is a reason why swearing is also called “cursing.” When you rant at someone, you inflict a curse on them. “G-dd**n you!” is a request for God to damn a person to hell, which is a curse. “F*** you!” is a curse in that it is swearing, but it also curses the person. Here’s the trick… it curses the person even if it is said in jest. Our spirits know the true meaning of the words even if our intention is to be jovial and silly. Yikes!
Our feelings have power. That’s just the reality of it and when we level heavy and ugly stuff at someone, it damages their spirit whether they realize it or not and whether the sender realizes it or not. They believe if they suffer in silent and seething rage, they have committed no wrong and no harm. (wrong). We must be mindful of the effect our words and thoughts have on others and on us.
Crossing: This is damage done to the spirit/essential soul of a person when they are indirectly exposed to the ugly behavior of other people. Mind you, “ugly” is subjective so it is entirely possible to catch a crossing when the sender does not feel like they did anything ugly at all. A good example is when you have a meal out with friends and someone in your party is mean to the wait staff over some food or service issue. They feel like they are being assertive and standing up for themselves and the other people at the table are cringing and wanting to hide.
Roommates who constantly rant, reading a string of outraged comments on your social feed, being around people who constantly whine and complain, having friends or relative with socially objectionable behavior that makes you uncomfortable… all of that affects your spirit and can manifest in a spiritual cleansing as a crossing. Yes, it is more destructive if the negative energy is coming specifically for you, but a crossing can do the same degree of damage.
Hex: Hex is a generic term for energetically inflicting damage onto another person. Most commonly, an intentional spell done to harm or inconvenience someone is thought of a hex.
Self-Created Maladies
Self-created maladies is not a term we use because a person intentionally makes themselves spiritually sick. It is because the malady we are describing developed as a defense mechanism or support tool during a challenging time but now holds the person back from full spiritual health. It can also be as simple as “what worked before is not working now, but I don’t know how to stop.”
Trauma
Almost everyone experiences trauma of some kind, but we all process it in different ways. The egg showed us through trauma bubbles when a person has unresolved past trauma that is available for them to heal if they choose to do so. The healing usually comes through professional care, meditation, shadow work, and other internal processes to release the trauma so that it does not affect how the person engages the world. This is about working on our triggers and other trauma responses.

Attachments
An attachment is something you are clinging to that you should release and you usually know it is something you should release. This could be a toxic relationship, a dead-end job, a damaging or limited mindset, or a bad habit.
Entities
We think of entities as disincarnate and/or uneasy souls who are schlepping around the Universe looking for places to land. Yes, that can be the case, but there are many, many different kinds of entities.
Parasitic Entities: These entities feed off of the strong emotions of humans. They are communicable, just like viruses are contagious. These are beings that slip into a person and begin to relish on their happiness, sadness, anger, frustration, etc. If the natural supply of those is low in the host they have chosen, they can manifest situations that cause the host to respond with more intense emotions. If the host is slow to rile up, the entity can progressively escalate the intensity of the stimuli until it gets a delicious, intense emotion from the host. This is sometimes what causes a string of “bad luck” for a person or even for a family since the entity can jump from person to person.
This might sound like garbage talk, but plenty of people thought the same thing about the idea that “germs” could make us sick when they are invisible to the eye and too tiny to do anything.
How this works is the parasitic entity eventually milks all of the emotion out of their host until they are like a chewed-up piece of gum with no potential for flavor. Over time, the host loses the ability to respond to almost anything and is emotionally flatlined. They have what is psychologically called a “flat affect” and they no longer feel especially happy or sad or angry about anything. They may feel tired or off with no discernible illness. Bored and dull, they meander into a grocery store because they know human bodies need food to survive.
As they pass by a person, the now-starving entity jumps into a new, juicy person. Almost immediately, the previous host starts to feel better and the new host feels a heavy, uncomfortable feeling and wonders if they might be coming down with something.
Conglomerated Entities
When healers perform a spiritual cleansing, their ambition is to remove any extraneous energy that is altering the person’s baseline energy function. This can come from trauma, spell work, attachments, or psychic attacks, each of which manifests in the egg in a different formation, as you can see in the photos above.
Sometimes, a client who has several different maladies (trauma bubbles, crossings, and attachments, for instance) will have an egg that shows an entity after it resolves. This shows that within the person, the maladies are working together to create an increased level of hardship for the person. The maladies can do more damage working together than the sum total of the damage they can do separately. When a conglomerated entity shows up in the jar after all of the malady formations settle, then we know that is what is going on.
Can you hex or curse someone with magic? You certainly can. Can you hex or curse someone without magic and without intending to do so. You certainly can.
That is why it is so essential that we:
Have regular spiritual cleansings to restore your energy to baseline and remove any outside influence that is contaminating your spirit. Just as we brush and floss our teeth every day and also go to the dentist to have a professional cleaning, we should practice good spiritual hygiene, keep our energy safe and sacred, and also have a professional clear our energy for us from time to time. How often? It depends on how susceptible you are to negative energy around you. Some people are walking lint-roller for toxic energy (I’m looking at you, empaths). Another consideration is how often our job or lifestyle puts us in contact with people who are in crisis or upheaval. If you are a social worker, health care worker, teacher, or first-responder, you likely need cleansings more often than a bookkeeper who works from home and never goes online other than for work. If you live or work in a toxic environment, you will need more frequent cleansings.
Be mindful of our thoughts and control our words and emotions. Toxic thoughts and behaviors hurt everyone who come into contact with them. If you think the thoughts and never give them voice, they fester inside of you and create damage. If you complain to others and give voice to your toxicity, then you put them at risk for crossings while the person you are complaining about is at risk for curses. All of that is in addition to the damage just thinking the thoughts does to you. You know how crappy you feel when you think intensely negative thoughts about someone. These heavy emotions are a poison that hurt you and the people around you. That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t feel. It means you should be responsible for the healthy processing of those emotions through immediate grounding and reframing. We are human, so we have emotions, but we are human, so we are in charge of those emotions (not the other way around) and can transmute them into neutral, non-toxic, proactive behavior choices.
